Space, transformation, impact in action

This morning I cried - why? I finally understood "space, transformation, impact" thanks to a young change agent from Japan. As she stood on stage representing Asia and the pacific she announced whils looking vulnerable and nervous  " I'm from Japan, I'm not a Christian, I'm not excluded and am standing on this stage". She received a spontaneous rapturous round of applause. We also space, transformation and impact in operation. Jill
