From the "New Way" to "Our Way"

From the new way to our way, today saw delegates from all over the world vote for the new strategy 2014-2018 Our Way which follows on from the new way strategy. Seeing the plan and what has transformed over the past four years it is going to continue as a exciting time in the YMCA movement.

Today also had some group work as we prepare for our presentations that we will be delivering tomorrow, I must there was some great ideas, discussions and thoughts on the presentation and what we thought of the conference so far. Epic, unity, diversity, values were just some of the thoughts from the group my from my own reflections a sense of pride was one of the messages seeing two young people from chelmsford getting fully involved with the conference and making a impact in their own way is a truly proud moment for me and our YMCA.
